Today morning I took camera with me and put next film to it. Still playing
with spot meter and zone system to make my metering. I also use palm of my
hand. Today is a bright sun morning and than make for great contrast so I
selected scenes where deep shadows and bright light where. This will be
challenge for my development. From the first roll through this camera I see
that I need to adjust little my development times. Of course I need to make
little bit more shots. As I am exposing I am thinking a lot about the light
and zone system and range of brightness. It is kind of refreshing for the
moment. I believe after while when I will be more comfortable with camera
it will be just a routine.
Also little surprising for me is that because I am not thinking much about
handling camera but about light in my composition it gives kind of extra
dimension to my photographing. Like I am aware about more things. Let's see
how it will turn out in pictures, but I like it. Especially today, in this
beautiful bright Sun morning which we have got after yesterday's whole day
of shade and raining. I love sunny morning with a drops of water on grass
leaves.
